Welcome to The Skn Standard. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and require confirmation from The Skn Standard before they are finalized.
You will receive a confirmation message once your appointment has been reviewed and confirmed.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive an explicit confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking privileges.
To cancel, reply CANCEL to your confirmation text or contact us at hello@sknstandard.com.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please notify your esthetician as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.

Health & Safety

Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we determine they may not be safe for you.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us to reschedule.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive SMS text messages regarding your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of service via cash or Square reader unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the logo, is the property of The Skn Standard and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Skn Standard is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
